Shengkang He

Mr. He Shengkang has many years of experience in tourism. He Jointed China National Tourism Administration in 1976 and was dispatched to China International Travel Service (CITS Head Office) in 1986 during the reform. In his career, he experienced the full range of conduction of hardships and prosperity of China tourism market performance and development. He had been the senior sales manager, director of products and sales, general manager of North America & Oceania, general manager of business development of CITS Head Office for over 20 years. Then, no matter inbound and outbound, online and offline, he performed as an outstanding operator and the director of the business development in all the fields. At present, he is acting as the counselor of World Tourism Cities Federation (WTCF) and the Secretariat of the Committee of Tourism-Related Business of WTCF.

Mr. He Shengkang was sent by the government to USA for a scholarship exchange program on tourism development in TIM School of the University of Hawaii 1986-1987. He is good at: Experience Learning, Marketing & Sales Study, Designing & Promotion, Inter-Communication, Writing & Edit, and International Training & Lectures in many topics.
