Get the most out of your experience at STHM

At the School of Sport, Tourism and Hospitality Management (STHM), our main focus is providing the best educational experience for our students — and our goals go way beyond. Our curriculum and resources will help you get the most out of your experience from day one to graduation day.

STHM provides many valuable resources to ensure the success of students during their time here and after. The STHM Center for Student Services (CSS) is one of the most important resources to helping you get the most during your time here. Working closely with admissions officers, academic advisors and program managers, CSS ensures that you can easily leverage all the opportunities at STHM.

Student Advising

STHM’s advising unit provides individualized information on placement exams and results, majors, minors, course sequence and load, scheduling, career planning, academic resources and more.

CSS Walk-In Hours with Peer Advisors:

Peer advisors will be available 9:00AM-5:00PM EDT Monday through Friday via Zoom for walk-in advising needs. Current students may access the virtual walk-in hours via the Zoom link in the CSS Canvas site.

Study Abroad and Exchange Opportunities

Tourism, hospitality, sport and recreation are global industries. Study abroad programs are a part of the Temple experience. Summer Hours: Peer advisors are available Tuesday through Thursday from 8:30-4:30PM for walk-in advising needs. Current students may access the virtual walk in hours via the Zoom link in the CSS Canvas site. Current students may schedule individual appointments with their assigned academic advisor through the Appointment System
