Dr. Erinn Tucker joins the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management from Boston University as an Assistant Professor of Hospitality Administration.

She has worked for General Motors and Dave & Busters, Inc. She has held positions in corporate sponsorship management for PGA Tour-sanctioned events and also as a special events manager. She has consulted for the Charlotte Hornets and Charlotte Knights in the area of employee training and development.

Dr. Tucker is a member of the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) and the International Council on Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Education (ICHRIE). She is an advisory board member for tech company, Apploi, Inc., and is a contributor to Lodging Magazine. Dr. Tucker’s research has been published in several tourism and hospitality journals, as well.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Florida A&M University, a Master of Science degree in sport administration from Florida State University, and a Ph.D. in hospitality administration from Oklahoma State University.
