The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted a number of businesses, but few harder than the restaurant industry. A new index from STHM faculty member Yang Yang provides a more specific look, outlining how the pandemic has affected restaurants in every U.S. county.

Philadelphia’s recent “Safer at Home” restrictions brought a temporary end to recreational activities and sports for youth.
