Bitman Family Endowed Scholarship
The Bitman Family Endowed Scholarship is given annually to an outstanding junior or senior in Sport and Recreation Management with financial need and who plans to pursue a Master of Science in Sport Business at Temple University.
BK Speciality Foods/Judith L. Kratchman Endowed Scholarship Fund
This scholarship provides support to undergraduate students in STHM with financial need who are graduates of a high school in the city of Philadelphia or in the State of New Jersey, with preference given to a student majoring in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
Delores M. Andy Endowed Scholarship
The purpose of the Delores M. Andy Scholarship is to recognize graduating seniors majoring in Sport and Recreation Management who best exemplify the spirit of volunteerism in their communities.
Delores W. DeShields Endowed Scholarship
The purpose of the fund is to provide scholarships for juniors or seniors enrolled in STHM who best exemplify the spirit and passion for travel and tourism that Delores DeShields displayed.
Dr. Benjamin Altschuler Endowed Scholarship
The purpose of the fund is to provide scholarships to students with financial need enrolled in the School, with a preference for students majoring in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
Elizabeth Hicklin Barber Scholarship
This scholarship provides support to junior and senior students with financial need who are enrolled in the School of Sport, Tourism and Hospitality Management and who have demonstrated organizational leadership.
Evens Charles Endowed Scholarship
The purpose of the fund is to provide scholarships for incoming freshman or current undergraduates majoring in Tourism and Hospitality Management in STHM with financial need. Students must be eligible for the Federal Pell Grant Program.
Gavin White, Jr. Scholarship Fund
The purpose of this fund is to provide scholarships to students receiving their degree in Sport and Recreation Management who exemplify perseverance, academic excellence and community involvement.
Harith Wickrema Sustainable Tourism Scholarship
The Harith Wickrema Sustainable Tourism Fund provides financial support for students in STHM who express an interest in sustainable tourism.
Ira G. Shapiro Scholarship Fund
The purpose of the Ira G. Shapiro Scholarship is to recognize undergraduate students in STHM who exemplify academic excellence and outstanding leadership.
Jacqueline McWilliams Graduate Scholarship
The purpose of the Jacqueline McWilliams Graduate Scholarship is to support graduate students with financial need pursuing sports management, with preference for HBCU graduates.
Joel M. and Lenore Lewis Abels Endowed Scholarship
The purpose of this fund is to provide scholarships for students in STHM who plan to pursue a career in tourism and hospitality management.
John Mannino Endowed Scholarship
The purpose of the fund is to provide scholarships for students majoring in Tourism and Hospitality Management who exemplify John Mannino’s passion for the hospitality industry.
Linda Higgison Scholarship
The purpose of this fund is to provide scholarships to students with financial need majoring in Tourism and Hospitality Management who intend to pursue hospitality and event management careers.
Marion Family Scholarship
The purpose of the fund is to provide scholarships for upperclass undergraduate students with demonstrated financial need in STHM.
Meryl Levitz Scholarship for Emerging Leaders in Tourism and Hospitality
Provides an annual scholarship to a Tourism and Hospitality student with a minimum 3.0 GPA demonstrating leadership and financial need.
Nicholas Anthony Rago Endowed Scholarship Fund
The purpose of the fund is to provide scholarships for students in STHM with financial need and significant extracurricular involvement.
Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority Scholarship
Provides scholarships for students enrolled in the School of Sport, Tourism and Hospitality Management.
River Ward Scholarship
Awarded to undergraduate students from the River Ward district enrolled in the Fox School of Business or STHM.
Saxbys Fellows Endowed Scholarship
Renewable scholarship recognizing outstanding student leaders, with preference for STHM students.
STHM Alumni Association Scholarship
The purpose of the fund is to provide scholarships for students who best exemplify the spirit of STHM.
STHM Endowed Scholarship
Provides scholarships for students enrolled in the School of Sport, Tourism and Hospitality Management.
STHM International Travel Scholarship
Provides funding for students studying abroad or completing an internship outside of the United States.
STHM Senior Seminar Endowed Scholarship
Provides scholarships to selected senior internship students in sport, recreation, tourism or hospitality.
Sue Shapiro STHM Travel Scholarship Fund
Provides funding for a student completing an internship outside the Philadelphia region or spending a semester abroad.
Tamara Gilmore Scholarship Fund
Provides scholarships to students pursuing hospitality and event management who exemplify Ms. Gilmore’s professional and entrepreneurial spirit.
