STHM’s Executive in Residence series annually welcomes accomplished and veteran business executives to Temple University, for personalized discussions on topics relevant to the tourism, hospitality, sport, and recreation management industries.
The presentations often lead to question-and-answer sessions and open exchanges that prove to be rewarding for both the attending students and the visiting executives.
“The Executive in Residence series delivers a truly unique academic and development opportunity for our students,” said Dr. Aubrey Kent, STHM Associate Dean. “This year, we could not have welcomed to campus a more-dynamic array of industry leaders.”
In the Fall 2016 and Spring 2017 academic semesters, STHM welcomed:
-
Roger Dow, President and Chief Executive Officer, U.S. Travel Association
-
Jonathan Duncan, Vice President of Enforcement, NCAA
-
Larry Miller, President of the Jordan Brand, Nike Inc.
-
Brian Selander, Executive Vice President, Whistle Sports Network
