Real Madrid Graduate School-Universidad Europea Dual Degree Program with Temple University
The Real Madrid Graduate School-Universidad Europea and the School of Sport, Tourism and Hospitality Management (STHM) at Temple University (Philadelphia, PA) have signed a collaboration agreement to promote comprehensive education in sport management. This agreement provides students with practical, in-depth knowledge on how to become an expert in all areas of sport, from marketing and communication to business management in the industry.
Through this collaboration, students can complete a dual degree (M.S. in Sport Business / eMBA in Sports Management), a program that will begin at Temple University and end at the Real Madrid–Universidad Europea Graduate School over a period of two years. This includes the White Week experience—a benchmark event in the sports industry in which students have the unique opportunity to learn about the latest trends in sport from some of the industry’s top professionals. This agreement provides Temple University’s programs with an exceptional international experience that grows out of the tradition and renowned know-how of the Graduate School.
Two Degrees in Sport, International Experience
Through this collaboration, students can earn two degrees, a Master of Science in Sport Business from Temple University and an eMBA in Sport Management from Real Madrid-Universidad Europea Graduate School. The program begins at Temple University and end at Real Madrid Graduate School – Universidad Europea over a period of two years accessing a global network to improve your employment opportunities and boost your career using the network of two leading institutions.

Travel to Spain for White Week Experience in Madrid
Students in the dual degree program have the option to travel to Spain for a two-week White Week experience. During White Week, students attend various events and hear from sport management professionals across the globe. Some events include:
- Exclusive events at Real Madrid City learning the day-to-day operations of Real Madrid C. F.
- Visits to Spanish sport venues: tennis, golf, fitness and wellness, soccer and non-conventional spaces.
- Networking with top managers and executives of Real Madrid C. F. in different areas (HR, Marketing, Finance, etc.) and students from more than 70 nationalities.
- Masterclasses by executives and sports professionals (NBA, FIFA, UEFA, Olympics)
*Note: There is not a separate application for the dual degree program. Students interested in completing the dual degree program should complete the MSSB application. If admitted, students will then inform the MSSB staff of their intentions to enroll in the dual degree program prior to course registration.
