Students may request two types of diplomas: electronic and paper. The default diploma is electronic; however, students may also request a paper diploma in addition to the electronic credential. Electronic, digital diplomas will be emailed to your TU email address with a link to the vendor, Parchment for download. Paper diplomas may also be requested at the time of graduation filing. Electronic diplomas are typically available four to five weeks after degree clearance/verification is completed while paper diplomas may take six to eight weeks upon clearance. Paper diplomas will be mailed to the address listed on the graduation application. Diplomas will not be released to students who owe the University money or library books, to those who have not completed exit paperwork if required, or to those who have “financial holds.” Students should resolve such matters prior to graduation. Address information should be updated in Banner if graduates expect a change before graduation.
