The Sport Industry Research Center (SIRC) at Temple University leads research initiatives at the forefront of the sport industry, in part through collaborative efforts with local and national business partners. SIRC is involved in a variety of research initiatives including: economic and media impact assessment, social media analytics, executive workshops; graduate student training; community-based programming; event management, program consulting; and academic dissemination of cutting-edge research and managerial best practices.
Since 2008, SIRC has worked with a variety of business partners across the country and provided research services for sport and event organizations such as, Arthur Ashe Youth Tennis and Education, Back on My Feet; Cadence Cycling, Chicago Sport Commission, City of Cape May, PGA Tour, NCAA, NFL, Philadelphia Marathon, Philadelphia Youth Sports Collaborative, Starfinder Foundation, Student Run Philly Style, Zhang Sah Martial Arts, Under Armour, and U.S. Road Sports & Entertainment Group.
