Mental Health & Physical Wellbeing Session

STHM’s Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in collaboration with Temple University Campus Recreation invites you to join us for our Mental Health & Physical Wellbeing Session. Break a sweat and find your inner peace with some STHM faculty and staff, such as Dr. Heffernan, Dr. Taylor, Dr. Blair and others!

During this three-session event, you have the opportunity to perform HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), feel the burn during Power Yoga, and focus inward through Mindful Meditation. Attend all or only one session—there is no pressure.

Schedule:
1:00 – 1:30pm HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
1:50 -2:20pm Power Yoga
2:40 – 3:00pm Mindful Meditation

 

In-Person Participation:
For the protection of facilitators and participants, there are strict COVID guidelines for this event. For the in-person experience, we will offer a small group (15 people max) session at the IBC Outdoor Courts. Due to these guidelines, we ask that you not bring guests with you. Masks will be required. All participants are required to complete this Waiver Form and send to kourtney.clark@temple.edu. Registration is required to participate in-person.
