Richard Lapchick, Human rights activist, a pioneer for racial equality, an internationally recognized expert on sports and social issues, scholar, and author is often described as “the racial conscience of sport.”

Currently, the Director of the University of Central Florida’s (UCF) Institute for Diversity and Ethics in Sport (TIDES), and President of the Institute for Sport and Social Justice. Dr. Lapchick will join STHMODEI for a provocative conversation about sport and social justice.
