What does it mean to you to be a student-athlete at the School of Sport, Tourism and Hospitality Management?

As a student-athlete at STHM, it makes me extremely proud and excited to be a part of this school. The experience here allows me to enhance and develop my skills both on and off the field, all while obtaining a further understanding of the sport industry.
What was your decision process like when choosing to attend Temple?

I was recruited to play lacrosse here, so my decision process was a little different than other high schoolers when conducting their college search. I knew that I wanted to be able to study sport management in some way, so it definitely helped that Temple has STHM. It was also very beneficial that the university itself is located within a major city—allowing us as students to have so many opportunities and experiences at our disposal.
How has STHM supported your pursuits as a student-athlete?

All the faculty and staff at STHM have been very helpful and supportive. In addition to accommodating my busy student-athlete schedule, they also encourage us to gain professional experiences and connections, which has helped me already throughout my Temple career.
