Applications for readmission
eligibility requirements
To qualify for readmission, a student must have been a matriculating undergraduate student in one of STHM's undergraduate degree programs. In most circumstances, a student formally withdrew from the University due to transfer, financial hardships, medical leaves or poor academic progress.
To be readmitted to the University, a student must be readmitted through STHM even if the student wishes to pursue another degree program in another school/college at Temple University.
readmission procedures
To apply for readmission, a student must download and submit the STHM Application for Readmission. This application should be mailed to STHM at 111 Speakman Hall (006-68), 1810 North 13th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19122. An application will be evaluated based on a student's performance while at Temple, academic achievements if the student has taken courses elsewhere and any professional experiences the student may have had since they withdrew.
Note: If a student has taken courses elsewhere, any and all transcripts from all insitutions attended must be submitted with an application for readmission.
Once an application is submitted, STHM will contact the readmission applicant regarding their application.
