The Athletics Administration concentration aims to produce effective managers for organizations focused upon the student-athlete and the administrative operations necessary to sustain student-athlete programs.
With an emphasis on intercollegiate athletics, this concentration allows students to engage critical issues in governance, policy-making, facility operations, fundraising, development, and compliance that will ultimately prepare them for coveted leadership positions within school and collegiate athletics programs.
Our flexible schedule offers all courses after 5 p.m., allowing students to keep or take on full-time employment, or to pursue internships and assistantships during the day.
A typical full course load would include 9 credits each semester, allowing the majority of students to finish the program and earn a Sport Business Graduate Degree in 4 semesters. However, students who wish to take on larger course loads may be able to finish in as few as 12 months.
