Selected by Hyatt Hotels and Resorts and placed in the Food & Beverage Corporate Management Training Program. Fulfilled the senior internship in Miami, Florida at the Hyatt Regency Miami.
Since relocated to Park City, Utah as the Food & Beverage Manager at Hyatt Escala Lodge in Park City. The hotel is situated within the Canyons Resort, recently purchased by Vail Resorts. One of about seven lodging options within the resort and have ski in – ski out abilities, a feature not many can offer. The property has been managed by Hyatt Hotels and Resorts for just less than five years and each year the operation grows and improves, especially in the Food & Beverage Department. The Food & Beverage operation consists of a three-meal, 100 seat restaurant, quick service market place, in room dining, banquet meetings and banquet functions.
